Salesforce Developer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external databases, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and provide timely resolution.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and code for future reference and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Educational Qualification and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficient in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration techniques, and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
