Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: South Plainfield, NJ & Miami, FL

Duration: Full time

Required Skills:

• Product Owner experience with proven track records of managing all aspects of a successful software product throughout its lifecycle.
• Experience working within an Agile development scrum team using Agile tracking software. (Experience with JIRA it racks or Align desired)
• Experience in creating/decomposing user stories and preparation activities for planning with delivery scrum teams.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies and customer communications such as email, SMS and push notification
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer requirements into development requirements.
• Self-managed and driven to partner with business and delivery teams towards a concert effort to delivery business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, senior leaders and translate from technical to non-technical language within the business community.

Responsibilities:

• Manages cross-functional teams through functional requirements gathering, implementation and validation through to initial launch or lifecycle of a service.
• Defines functional requirements for wireless services.
• Manages product development including product requirements gathering and definition, project planning, project management, budgeting, financial acumen, test design and execution, long term tactical roadmap and release management and planning.
• Communicates product requirements to various organizations such as IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Sales.
• Leads vendor selection process, delivery, quality required.
• Develops, maintains, and distributes, standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new data applications and devices, including: implementation plan, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
