Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in managing software development, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
Educational Qualification and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership.
