Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our US Staffing team as Bench Sales IT Recruiters. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in IT recruitment and sales. The position requires strong communication skills, high energy, and a proactive approach to managing consultant placements in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable consultant profiles
  • Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and ensure successful closures
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain an updated database of consultants and vendor contacts
  • Ensure regular communication with consultants regarding project updates
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn
