Trainee Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

• Logisoft Technologies is looking for enthusiastic Trainee Customer Support Executives to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to begin their careers in customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in the US EST Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work from the office during the US EST Night Shift.
