Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Angular Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular, UI/UX design principles, and front-end architecture, along with experience integrating applications with .NET/C# backend services. This role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, mentoring, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Angular.
- Define and enforce front-end architecture, coding standards, and reusable component frameworks.
- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular Material.
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready applications.
- Integrate front-end applications with .NET/C# REST APIs and collaborate with backend teams on API design and implementation.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote best development practices.
- Ensure adherence to modern UI/UX, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with QA and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Angular Material, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS.
- Experience with component-based architecture, responsive design, and REST API integration.
- Exposure to .NET/C# backend systems and CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and modern design systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders in Agile environments.
