Role Overview

We are seeking a result-driven Marketing Executive with experience in software/SaaS sales and strong field exposure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, campaign execution, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

This role is best suited for professionals who can effectively balance digital marketing initiatives with hands-on sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (Core Focus)

  • Generate qualified leads within the Hospitality industry (ranging from small restaurants to large corporates globally)
  • Utilize multiple channels, including:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Paid advertisements (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Build, manage, and maintain prospect databases

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Support landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates

Sales Support

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to:
  • Share qualified leads
  • Track conversions and performance metrics
  • Strengthen and optimize the sales pipeline

Content & Communication

  • Develop clear and engaging content, including:
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients
  • Email communications
  • Social media posts
  • Sales pitch materials

Market Understanding

  • Gain in-depth understanding of the Hospitality industry (global market)
  • Conduct competitor analysis and study customer behaviour trends

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing / Software Sales / SaaS
  • Proven experience in B2B software or SaaS sales preferred
  • Mandatory field sales / on-ground experience

Key Skills

  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Lead generation
  • Email marketing
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Digital marketing (Paid Ads, SEO, Campaigns)
