Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a result-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in digital campaigns, performance marketing, and social media management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with a strong understanding of lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms.
• Manage and grow brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Handle performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, engagement, and ROI improvement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Work on SEO, SEM, keyword planning, and website optimization activities.
• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, ad creatives, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Track campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure effective campaign execution and branding consistency.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing is mandatory.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
