About the Role
Logisoft Technologies Inc. is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as US IT Recruiters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong career in the US Staffing industry by working on cutting-edge technical requirements and engaging with top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source and screen candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster, Etc.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality submissions
- Negotiate offers and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Work in US time zones (Eastern/Pacific)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
