Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Human Resource professional to support recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong communication skills and are interested in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration.
The candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of hiring processes, employee coordination, onboarding activities, and internal HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and attendance data
- Support onboarding and employee joining formalities
- Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR-related documentation
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Support internal communication initiatives
- Coordinate employee welfare and HR engagement programs
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative work culture
Requirements
- MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Hindi communication
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of MS Office tools is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Internship or prior experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is an advantage
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
